Van Martin Roofing is a wonderful company to work with, Jared was quick to come out and give us a quote for exactly what we asked for and we didn’t feel any pressure to have any add ons or extras he listened to what we wanted and went from there. The product came in a lot sooner than what was estimated and the crew came out pretty much as soon as it came in to get started on the work, Carlos was our project manager and his communication throughout the process was fantastic and he personally came out to the job site to check in on the work every day the crew was out and ensured things were looking good and making sure we were happy with the work. I cannot recommend Van Martin Roofing enough and if I ever need anything in the future I will be sure to call them immediately.

The wind knocked off my moms top cover to her cimmney, i called they came out said they would bill her. Took maybe 20 minutes, that was about a month ago sent the bill and charged my 86 year old mom 400.00$ I will never use them again, the guy that fixed it said they had to screw it back on. BEWARE OF THEM!!!

They just finished my skylight replacement and I couldn't be more pleased. They showed up right on time and went above and beyond to protect the interior of the house from damage or falling debris. Both installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend Van Martin Roofing to anyone, these guys are great!!

The two men that replaced our three skylights were very professional. The original skylights were not installed square, but they knew what had to be done to square the frames so that the skylights fit and would not leak. Also they left our house and yard cleaner than the way they found them. They took their time in making sure that this challenging job was done right. Well done!!

Had a very good experience with Van Martin. Ronnie was an excellent consultant who worked with me to get the best price and meet the goals I had with updating my home. Kyle was a great project manager who was readily available for any questions or concerns I had. The three teams that did work (roofing, siding, and gutters) stayed on task, and got everything completed in a reasonable time frame. Everyone involved was very helpful, respectful, and hard working. I'd happily recommend their services to anyone else that needed work done on their home.

I had a relatively positive experience. The Salesmen and Installation manager had good attitudes. When I brought up some minor issues I had with the installation, the Site manager and workers were quick to address my concerns without arguing. Even regarding poor communication on my part, they were accommodating and sought to provide quality work I was satisfied with. I will consider them again with any additional future work.

Bobby Franking Dayton OhioThe job, we were told would take 1 day to complete. They showed up and got to work at around 7am. At about 5:30 we received a phone call saying that the crew was leaving but not done. That they would return on Saturday to finish. After the call, we left for dinner through the garage, not looking at the roof because it was not done yet. The next morning, Saturday we heard pounding on the roof at 7:15am. At about 10:00am or so we stopped hearing noises. We looked outside and the truck was gone. No one came to the door to say they were done and if everything was ok. When I stepped outside I saw, they had left a pile of stuff on my front lawn. Pieces of wood, pieces of metal, a box of something?, paint can and a BAG OF TRASH. I had to remove all the items to the back of my condo. Also my grass was painted blue in spots from where they painted the wood and this was very upsetting for me wife, her plant that she had from a root was broken in half and we were never told about this. I did leave a message with the company with this information and they did come out and removed the things that were left but what could they do about the plant and grass? Nothing.... Did they do a good job, I would say yes but the after the job was done put a very bad taste in our mouth. Thank you

Great company and great people. Overall had a very good experience with everyone. From the initial sales associate to the project manager and laborers. Big thanks to the company but especially Hunter, there were some concerns that arouse after the project completion and hunter was able to answer us and address the concerns and made everything right. Would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done within their capabilities.

I contacted Van Martin about some warranty issues on my roof and they jumped on it very quickly. Nick the Service Manager scheduled a visit the same day and scheduled a day to get it fix very quickly. They sent Jared and Mike out, who were very friendly and completed all of the work. I'm very satisfied with the service so far.

Van Martin Roofing recently replaced a place in my roof that had apparently been leaking for some time. Taylor came out, and after seeing where the leak was on the inside of our house, checked the roof to see where the repair would need to be made. Unlike a couple of other places, he told us we didn’t need a new roof (not knowing at the time that our present roof was only 14 years old) – that he could repair just the affected area, matching the shingles as closely as possible to the existing shingles. He gave me a timeline of late June, early July, which was fine – I had the bucket in place to catch leaks in the house for when it rained!Nick called with the work date, and his crew showed up in early July. He asked if he could bring their dumpster onto the yard to catch the debris. They made sure our landscaping was protected. Threat of rain caused them to stop early, but they left the roof completely protected. When they returned the next day, the shingles weren’t even close to matching. He took them back and returned with ones that were so close it was almost impossible to tell the difference from a distance.In this whole process, they communicated with me every step of the way, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they gave me the bill, which was the exact amount Taylor had quoted.I would definitely use this company again. They were honest, professional, took care of our property, and were a pleasure to work with.

Crews installed 4 Velux sun tunnels, new front vinyl siding, metal trim, gutter and downspout. Work is excellent. Crews were very nice. The dining room used to be very dark. 2 sun tunnels and 2 in kitchen.

Van Martin has completed two jobs for us. They first installed an opening skylight in a second story room a year ago and we were so impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work, that we knew we wanted them to install our next roof. In the process of this year’s reroofing project, the crew was extremely efficient. Our field manager as well as the crew foreman were quick to answer any questions and kept us informed. Because of preexisting conditions, our roof presented the crew with challenging problems which were handled with considerable care and skill. Final “tweaking” of details and installation of gutter guards was done by a true craftsman with great attention to detail and obvious pride in a job well done.

Had gutters put in ,wrong size ..ok I can work with that .then it was the little 2" opening for the down spouts with 1" screws that cought material and plugged gutters.They asked how the job went so I told the they came and fixed I'd wrong same openings for the down spots so with several texts or call to get them out to fix they gave me 2 different cancel days

Our experience was fantastic! From the phone call to contact VanMartin, the sales consultant (Scott), and a very professional, efficient, and experienced crew ! I was so impressed that Scott flew a drone over my house to find a skylight that had been installed in 2016, why it had leaked! Come to find out the company that put it in used our OLD Flashing😡Scott made sure Vellux still had the flashing that matched our skylight. To our luck, they did! The crew was so careful, and very, very little clean up🌹I rate Van Martin 10 stars! It was through some long research that I found Van Martin roofing, they had a 5 star rating. I thank them for getting to us at a very timely manner🌹 I hope this helps others make their decision easier 🌹

Van Martin Roofing exceeded our expectations on the process from start to finish on our home. From the consult at the beginning stages of dealing with storm damage and insurance,to having communication through every process. Recently Van Martin Roofing replaced the roof on our house, doing an excellent job and providing great service. In the beginning, we asked several roofing companies to look at our quite old roof and give us their comments and quotes. Very surprisingly to me, two of them only did drive-by inspections or took measurements only by satellite photos. One company used a drone flying close over our roof, which I felt was a bit better effort than the first two. Two companies sent someone who actually climbed up on the roof and inspected it, but only Jim Honious of Van Martin Roofing noticed that there had been some wind damage to our roof. The other companies sent quotes quickly and made a follow-up phone call. By great contrast, Jim Honious stayed in touch and patiently cooperated with our household insurance company's roof inspector. That inspector confirmed the wind damage that only Jim Honious had noticed, and as a result our cost to replace our roof was substantially reduced by the insurance company's payment. The actual roof replacement work was done super professionally. I was amazed at the very hardworking crew, led by Carlos who was very nice to deal with. We were worried in advance of the job that roofing nails and other roof trash would be left behind, but Carlos's crew cleaned up all trash. No doubt, their clean-up task was made easier because I noticed that they were very careful when carrying trash on the roof over to deposit into the dumpster, and they put tarps on the ground to catch small scraps. I highly recommend Van Martin Roofing to everyone. For sure, whenever I need a roof again, I'll call only Van Martin Roofing.

We hired Van Martin to replace a porch roof and do some custom trim/flashing and I couldn't be more pleased.They got us into their schedule quickly, the crew showed up early and got right to work. All the guys were polite, had a great attitude, and worked hard. They didn't mind me asking questions and were very enthusiastic about doing a good job. Several times I said - "that's fine, that's good enough" - but Jeremy wouldn't have it; Robert didn't say much but I could tell he really took pride in his work; Geraldo kept moving and never slacked off; and Stanley supported everyone so that the whole crew could be productive.Lastly, James, who sold us the job, came back to check on how things went and made sure the work met his standard - which is very high.At the end of the day, I felt like they treated the job like it was their own home - or more likely their Mom's! Good job and thank you!Overall, couldn't be more pleased - will use them again if I ever need more work.
