Is someone actually going to call me, or is this just a form?
A real local team member will call you. We staff our customer service team from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. If you submit outside those hours, you will hear from us first thing the next business day.
Will I get aggressive follow-up calls if I don't book right away?
No. If you tell us you are not ready to move forward, we respect that and update our records. We do not do high-pressure sales, aggressive drip sequences, or persistent check-in calls. You can reach back out whenever you are ready.
How much does a roof inspection cost?
Zero. There are no hidden fees, trip charges, or obligations. If your roof is in great shape, we will show you the photos, give you an honest evaluation, and be on our way.
