I had siding completed by Van Martin in 2023. By summer 2025 one chimney area needed repair — just weeks before the two-year warranty ran out. Van Martin was responsive, understanding, and prompt. They had two team members out the next morning and got the work done. They really stood by their work, easily honored the warranty without dragging their heels. I was very impressed and respect them even more as a company.
Dustin found the problem in about 60 seconds, pried the shingle up and patched it on the spot. He found a second potential problem area and patched that too. Then he told me honestly that someone focused on sales would tell me to replace the whole roof — but it had at least two more years left. Very impressed by the professionalism and honesty. When it comes time to replace it, we'll definitely be calling Van Martin.
Some storm chasers came by insisting we had damage. We called Van Martin instead. Dustin confirmed we had no damage and no need to file a claim. He also fixed three small roof issues at no cost to extend the life of our roof. Highly recommend Van Martin and specifically Dustin to anyone who needs roofing work.
High winds damaged my ridge cap. Dustin came out, saw the damage was minimal, and since repairs were booked out 4–6 weeks he just grabbed supplies and fixed it on the spot — better than before — in about 20 minutes at no charge. He explained everything and gave recommendations for future replacement. It was like having a knowledgeable neighbor help out. Thank you, Van Martin, for hiring quality people.
Van Martin is a fantastic company. When my roof started leaking, the person who answered was extremely compassionate. The sales rep worked hard to give the best possible price, the work was done well in just one day, and Ty our project manager kept us informed every step of the way. I'm extremely satisfied and rest much easier knowing the roof is safe and watertight. Excellent people to call in an emergency.
Very quick and efficient. Our day was never interrupted while they worked. They kept pathways clear and had a cleanup crew working alongside so debris never piled up. The area was left neat and tidy. The project manager helped tidy up a few things afterward as well. We would definitely recommend their services to others.
We contracted Van Martin to fix leaking dormers causing ceiling damage. Dustin was prompt with the quote, and within a week and a half they'd fixed the dormers AND chimney flashing we didn't even know was a problem. The roofers went well beyond a quick fix. Van Martin for leaking dormers!
Taylor came out about a leak in our newly purchased home. He was completely honest, and in being honest he saved us a few hundred dollars. He did a small fix himself and told us exactly what to look for. He could have charged more but that's clearly not the type of person he is, or company this is. Honesty and integrity can be lacking these days and I was very impressed.
