Van Martin Roofing (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides residential and commercial roofing services including installation, repair, maintenance, inspections, and warranty support. All services are subject to a formal written agreement or proposal.
2. Estimates and Contracts
Any estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work begins. Scope, timelines, and pricing are detailed in each customer’s individual contract.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the job unless alternative terms are specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work with the VanGuard System Limited Lifetime Warranty, which provides up to 50 years of workmanship coverage for roofing, siding, and gutter installations. Details and conditions are specified in our warranty documentation.
5. Maintenance Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, homeowners must perform reasonable upkeep, including cleaning gutters, removing debris, and inspecting the roof after severe weather. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by acts of God, weather, accidents, or third-party work
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Unauthorized alterations made by others
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Disrupt or harm the site or its users
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Van Martin Roofing and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
